Automatic Sorting Machines

Lite D
The Lite D is an Automatic sorting system composed of two tables which enable the pieces to be checked on both sides. 
The pieces will be loaded in a bulk and then separated in different bins, into good parts (in the tolerance range) and scraps, at the end of each inspection cycle. 
The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances required and as a result, he obtains a complete report of the good parts, the scrap details and the counting for each type. 
The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and traceability of the inspected batches. 
Paramaters which are checked include:
  •  Surface inspection side A 
  •  Surface inspection side B 
  •  Color identification
  •  Cuts 
  •  Scratches 
  •  Inclusions 
  •  Haloes 
  •  Piece counting 
  •  Statistics 
  •  Inspection Certificate 
Type of material that can be checked include any elastomeric non transparent material with maximum height of 15 mm and maximum diameter lesser than 85 mm. 
 
 
Mistral 
The Mistral machine is capable of sorting gaskets, oil seals, O rings etc. IT performs only one side inspection of the components. 
The machine is available as two separate models. 
In the automatic model, the software automatically sets all the parameters requires for testing and we just need to load the samples in bulk in order to get them sorted in to good and bad samples. 
In the manual version, all the initial settings has to be tuned by the operator before loading the components for sorting. 
Type of checks on samples as a standard supply includes:
  • One side surface inspection
  • Check flash, lack of material.
  • Cuts
  • Dimension
  • Different color
  • Porosity 
  • Certificate
  • Non circularity
  • Concentricity
  • Piece counting
  • Statistics
     
 
MIGL II
The MIGL II machine is ideally suited for the sorting of irregular shaped components with the manual loading of the component on to the machine. 
The parts need to be clean of dirt or dust material as it might interfere with the accuracy of test results. 
The machine consists of three different stations through which the samples passes. The types of tests done in these three stations are as below:

Type of check Station 2 
  • Turnover system 
  • Surface check side B (second side):  Scratches,  Porosity 
 
Type of check - Station 3 
  • Check internal/external flashes 
  • Check breaks that may alter the piece profile 
  • Check batch assignment 
  • Broken parts 
 
Dimension of samples which can be tested:
  • Width of sample can range from 30 to 190 mm.
  • Length or diameter can vary between 30 to 190 mm. 
  • Thickness of the sample can vary between 1 to 10 mm. 
     
PIRI T
The PIRI T machine is used to sort Oil seals and similar shaped components. 
The machine consists of 5 different stations and the operator can select what parameter can be checked at which station. 
 
The parameters checked are as below:
  •  Surface inspection
  •  ID/OD
  •  Cuts
  •  Porosity
  •  Flow lines
  •  Lack of material
  •  Tears

Samples can have a maximum height of 50 mm and a diameter of 100 mm. 

 

LAPSI:
The LAPSI is used for the automatic sorting of flat sheets made of fibre cement or similar material. The whole top surface is inspected by carrying out a complete check on surface and profile. 
The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances required and as a result, he obtains a complete report of the good parts, the scrap details and the counting of the good parts.
The system guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and the traceability of the inspected batches.

  •  Breaks
 
The width of the sheets may range from 100 mm to 1400 mm. 
 
DUET: 
The duet is a special sorting machine used for sorting large gaskets with maximum external diameter of 250 mm.
The machine consists of two robotic arms. The first robotic arm picks up the sample from the feeder unit and places it on the inspection. After the inspection in this station is completed, The sample is transferred to the second Robotic arm. 
The second robotic arm makes a secondary inspection and sorts the components into good and bad samples. 
An informative screen is associated with each control station so that the rate of rejects, sorted by type, can be monitored, and the operator can keep track of the number of good components.
